Letter from Fr Rex Matthias (17 March)

Dear Friends,

In line with the latest guidance from the Church in Wales regarding Coronavirus, all public church services are to cease until further notice. Could you please pass this information on to those you know as I do not have everyone’s email addresses.

This is the link to the Church in Wales statement if you would like to read it. https://www.churchinwales.org.uk/en/clergy-and-members/coronavirus-covid-19-guidance/

This will be a very difficult time for all of us. Please pray for all those affected, those who are anxious and those who are alone.

Here is a link to daily prayer for the remainder of Lent, Holy Week and Easter for you to use at home. https://www.churchinwales.org.uk/en/clergy-and-members/coronavirus-covid-19-guidance/prayers/

I will be in touch with you periodically, but if you need anything please do not hesitate to contact me.

Every blessing

Rex

Coronavirus Update (18 March 2020)

In line with the latest Church in Wales recommendations concerning the Coronavirus, we need to suspend all public worship and fellowship until further notice. This includes all parish church and cathedral services and Messy Church. We will continue to post the Sunday readings via this page.

Please pray for everyone in our church community and for the world at this very difficult time – as we will continue to pray for you. If you have particular pastoral concerns, including concern for others, don’t hesitate to contact us.
