In line with the latest guidance from the Church in Wales regarding Coronavirus, all public church services are to cease until further notice. Could you please pass this information on to those you know as I do not have everyone’s email addresses.

Holiday Club is at 10.30am to 12.30pm on Wednesday 30th October.
The parish church is being refurbished and will be closed for approximately another 5 months; however Holiday Club will continue throughout but in the St Asaph Cathedral’s Song School. There will be similar activities; songs, stories; fun, and of course refreshments.
There is plenty of parking space in the Cathedral’s car park (check car-park notices) with easy level access to the song school. Check the diagram below for the song school. There will be signs for the song school from the car park and from the High Street.
We look forward to seeing you all, young and old/er.
This year’s Fun Day and Cathedral Tower Abseil was held at the St Asaph Cathedral on Saturday 03rd August. Representatives from Denbighshire Youth Service; North Wales Police; RNLI; Abbie’s Army and MIND held displays; whilst the many activities included Bouncy Castle; Face Painting; Life Saving Training; Messy Church Science Experiments; a Red Book Mystery event around the Cathedral, and the Abseil down the Cathedral’s Tower.
We were all blessed with fine weather, and such was the enthusiasm of those abseiling that it was necessary to extend the proposed finish time from 4.00pm to 5.30pm. We are grateful to Dave Orange and his team from Open Door Adventure, Bontnewydd, for expertly and safely looking after so many who were courageous enough to firstly scale the 126 tower steps before abseiling from the top of the tower.
Thanks to everyone who helped to make this Fun Day a complete success. The proceeds from the activities will be shared equally between the Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospice and for the restructuring of the St Asaph Parish Church to make it available as a centre for community activities as well as continuing to be the parish church.
Here are some images of the activities; but see the ‘Simple Gallery’ on this site for more images of the Fun Day.
The Holiday Club has started again. It is here every Wednesday between 10.30am and 12.30pm during the school’s summer holidays.
Come and join in, for Fun, Games, Crafts, Singing and Picnic.
Look under ‘Events’ for last Wednesday’s activities and more images.
Hope to see you soon.
